Online forms completed and submitted via FACTS, including original state-issued Birth Certificate with the state seal (no hospital copies), either uploaded to FACTS or brought to school office
Stewardship form completed and received by the Ascension Parish Office
For non-parishioners, tuition is $6475/student. Within your online Enrollment Packet, you will select 1 of 2 FACTS Tuition Payment Plans: Semi-annual (2 payments, August 2026/January 2027) OR Annual (1 payment, August 2026)
Once the Application & Enrollment packets have been submitted, stewardship form has been received or tuition payment plan selected, ACS will send an electronic invoice with enrollment fees. The enrollment process is considered complete once this invoice has been paid.
